Have you noticed on insta the building of ‘you are one of the chosen ones’ messaging with specific implementation guidelines? Similar vibe to your discussion, also the ‘orb’ followers. They both speak to good intentions. Also a spiritual and potentially playful sci-fi narrative speaking to those of us acting locally. I find it uplifting..

Your line — "monoculture is a failure mode of development" — has a geometry underneath it that I think you'll love. In the topology of meaning, a system needs enough separation between its basins that genuine differentiation can emerge. Too much connectivity collapses the landscape into a single attractor. The "enabling constraints" you're describing are literally the conditions under which a rich topology survives — many peaks, each with its own character, held in productive tension. And the fracture pattern in teaching lineages — what if those aren't failures, but the system preventing internal monoculture? A lineage that never splits has collapsed into one attractor. The schism is the topology reasserting its biodiversity. There's a rigorous formal frame for all of this — stratified space, the mathematics of meaning — and I suspect you'd find it beautiful.
